    Dear Sir,

    I have just purchased the Lagenda theme and following the installation video/text process the following message comes up after adding WooCommerce:

    “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could be the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.”

    I have a system report though not able to upload doc’s here.

    2nd.
    Maybe I have installed wrongly but under my pages menu in WP dashboard, – I only have the old pages from previous theme, and not the new ones from Legenda?

    Hello,

    You shouldn’t worry about the message of outdated files. It won’t affect your site work.
    This issue will be fixed in the next update.
    Could you please clarify your second question? Please show us a screenshot.

    Hi Eva,

    Thank you for you mail and clarification.

    in my 2nd question, i refer to the WP dashboard after installation.
    when i turn to ‘pages’ menu, there are no template pages from the Lagenda theme e.g. Home, about us, shortcodes etc .. the pages and templates that comes with the theme.

    please see screen shot of Home page and Dashboard: Pages – all pages.
    the pages here are from my previous theme, and none from Lagenda?

    Hello,

    You can upload screenshots to some image storage, for example http://imgur.com/ .
    Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    – 🙂 I don’t mind keeping them, but no new pages from the Lagenda theme.

    Maybe not installed correctly?

    Hello,

    You had to install demo data in Theme Options > Import/Export. I’ve done this.
    Please check your site now.

    Hi Eva,

    Sorry to bother you again, though the theme is not working properly.
    It’s really a nice theme layout and get am nay options for customisation.

    As I’m now configuring and setting up the site, VC is not responding.
    For every text block or block, once activation ‘Edit’ an empty window comes up, ‘General & Design option’ functionalities do not respond.
    Consistent for all pages / blocks.

    Another issue is the, Featured Image in page Edit do not respond as well,

    I’ve checked your pages and Visual Composer is working fine. Please look at the screenshot:

    Also featured image can be changed.

    What browser are you using? Try to check it with some other browser.

    Dear Eva,

    Trust all is well,
    Sorry to contact you again, but I have been searching for a solution to update
    “Plugin WPBakery Visual Composer (1/1)” now available.

    Once trying to update I get this message:
    ” An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.”

    In the documentation it says that I am supposed to download updates via Envato, and WP backend req. the licence code for automatic updates.
    Both these option are not available.

    How do I update, please?
