You need to use Tabs element and create content of tabs via static blocks.
Provide URL of page and temporary wp-admin access, we will create an example on your site.

It looks like there is a bug with color settings for vertical tabs type. I’ve passed it to our developers, we will fix it in one of next updates.
As for now, use custom CSS code: https://prnt.sc/10eg7xa

Да, я это уже видел!

Я имел ввиду изменить цвет текста неактивной вкладки (сейчас серый цвет текста). https://prnt.sc/10f3x2g

Изменить цвет текста в свойствах, тоже не получается.
