Yes you can add FAQ elements in elementor by adding a Accordion element https://prnt.sc/10fzwho

Да, я разобрался как добавить элементы. Я не могу найти где я могу добавить идентификаторы в Elementor. Чтоб получить ссылки на разные вкладки как у Вас на демо. Пожалуйста, смотрите скриншоты:

Thank you so much for your kind words.

We have two page builder for this theme package Visual Composer and Elementor you can use one of them according to your requirement. In you mentioned screenshot it is default demo which is build on visual composer. You can edit the id by edit that element
