Text Box "save" option not working in Static Pages

Hi,

When i am trying to save any text in Text Box option in a row of a static block, it’s not working. Please reply ASAP, its little urgent.

Hello,

We’re very sorry but there is a bug with Visual Composer in our theme. It should be fixed in the next update, which will be released very soon.

Hey Eva,

How much time would it take approximately? Does that mean I can’t create/design the footer for my site until this issue is resolved.

Hello,

Unfortunately text element in VC isn’t workable for now. The update should be released this week. You wont’ need to wait much time.

any updates on this…. visual composer text box still has issues…m still not able to save anything there.

There is already a new theme release – 2.2 version. Have you updated it?

Hey Eva,

I have updated the theme 2.2, it says WPBakery Visual Composer
You have version 4.1.2 installed. Update to 4.1.3. View version 4.1.3 details.
Compatibility with WordPress 3.9.1: Unknown

would 4.1.2 VC version work with legenda 2.2, or we need to update it to 4.1.3….please suggest, also where do I find VC in my dashboard.

Hello,

VC version 4.1.2 works properly with Legenda 2.2 version. It will be updated to the latest version in the next theme release. If you want to update VC now you have to buy license key yourself.
VC can be found in Settings > Visual Composer.
