Fatal Error - by Fabio - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Dear Support,

I have updated the theme to the last version, consequently i have a fatal error and the website does not load properly. Could you please help me to fix the problem?
Please find the error below:

Hello,

Have you updated XStore Core plugin to the latest version?
If you did but still have the error then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

Hello,

Problem caused by out of date header.php from the old version of theme in your child theme https://prnt.sc/10ked3z
Use Settings > Insert headers and Footers to add additional code to head and body instead of using header.php file.

Dear Olga,

Thank you for your support.

In the header i had the google tag and google analytics tracking code. If i cannot manually add them in the child header where shall i add this code?

I could not find any location in the settings where I can add this code.

Please let me know.
