Hi. I understand that the theme updates will fix the Visual Composer issues but I’m in a quandry – I have made a SUBSTANTIAL number of changes to the theme (and did not use a child theme unfortunately) so updating the full theme is not an option at this point. However, with the most recent wordpress update, Visual Composer has stopped working correctly (white on white text, etc). Is there a way to update JUST visual composer or (novice here, sorry) is there a way to save my custom changes to the theme to run a full theme update?

    Thanks so much
    T

    Hello,

As I see you have the latest version of Visual Composer plugin. We can try to reinstall it, but we don’t guarantee good works after this because it must be new theme update.
You need move all changes what you do to the custom.css file or Child Theme.
Here is a video tutorial how to create custom.css:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qok2zRedRMY&feature=youtu.be.
And read more here about Child Theme:

Also please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Regards,

    Hi,
When I purchased the template is included
    Visual Composer for wordPress
Now after I’ve updated the template and wordpress Unfortunately it’s does not work and requires me a code
When I am implementing my purchased template code, I accept Note that the code is invalid

In the past, I could see the visuals and text on it, now I do not see visual only the texts
And when I go into the page through the Edit with Visual Composer
I see things the natural way and not the size that I created, so it’s hard to build the page as I please.

However, when I create a new page, I see that it works
    I would appreciate your help

    Hello,

Have you made changes in original theme files or just style.css?
If it’s only style.css you need move all changes into custom.css file. If the changes are made in other files you need create a child theme and copy modified files into there.
After that you can start updating the theme or we can update it for you, but before create a back up of your files and database.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
