Installation failed - by mariangio - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi
    I am trying to Instal Xstore but I have the error:
    “Plugin installation failed, destination folder already exists”
    Please help.
    I have to precise that we have deleted in the ftp the 2 plugins that was marked in red but still same problem.

    Hello,

    Try to install the plugin via FTP, an archive of the latest version you can download from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
    Or provide URL, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access, and we will help you.

    Which one of bundled plugins are you trying to install?
    Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.
