Hello !

On all my sites for which I have installed xstore, each time I update the theme it breaks the disgn of my site, I tried several ways: first the theme then xstore core, I I also tried xstore core then the theme, my plugins are mostly up to date, in short, is there a way to update the theme without problems? thanks a lot for your help

Hello,

Do update of the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ first and after that update the Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Did you make changes in the files of the theme? What exactly was broken? Could you provide screenshots? What version of the theme do you use right now? Do you need help with the update?

Hello, yes, look at the mobile version , on the single product page, the back top arrow is too big,the space between the picture product and the text below is too big, the product button change color…

Hello,

If you still have the mentioned issue it means that cache is not cleared. Try to check from another PC or browser.

Im sorry but i checked on three mobile phone and i still have the issue. And after update the theme, as my page loads look at what is displayed, on the single product pages as well. I didn’t have this before the update

Hello,t hanks for your reply,

I have samsung and Huawai, and i tested on my pc on the mobile version…
On mobile the page loading displays code, and there is a space between the product description and the photo. On the mobile version, when I scroll up, the page “bounces”. Also, the text promo bar is no longer displayed on pc

About Promo text of the header, the situation is caused by your custom CSS code http://prntscr.com/10vasjb , delete these 2 lines of code in Theme Options > CSS additionnel
