When I add a product to the shopping cart and go to another page, the shopping cart is reset.

Theme Options > Speed Optionization > Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments

Hello,

I do not see the problem on your site.
Clear cache and check one more time. Provide us with a video of the problem.
If you can see the problem, try to disable all 3rd party plugins (including cache plugin) and check how it works then.
