Email builder – how to restore a broken email that now displayed

Hi We designed an email with email builder.
But we don’t know why the email template layout disappear.
How we can restore it or rebuild from the initial woocommerce one.

Do you have any errors in browser console? Other emails are displayed correctly? What you did when the content disappeared, maybe you installed an additional plugin?

Yes it is.

I don’t know exactly it is my colleague that designed them. But it was working.
regarding the plugin installed. All installation was done before any customization.
