Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
1) At first sight, the problem is independent of our theme. Try to activate a default theme and check then. Contact your hosting provider to get assistance in cause our theme is not a reason for the problem.
2) How this block is created? Please provide screenshots of your settings, so we can re-create this on our test site. What version of XStore Core plugin do you use?
3) What PHP version do you use? it can be checked in WooCommerce > Status.
What versions of Massive Addons and WPBakery page builder plugins?
