Email Builder – Completing the payment

Hello,

I have a quick transfer payment system. If someone places an order and doesn’t pay, they will receive an email asking them to complete the payment.

Question:
How can I create this email with a builder?

Hello,

Does it work when the email builder is disabled?
Have you checked all available mail templates of the builder? Try to use WC hooks https://prnt.sc/111mbwc https://prnt.sc/111mbgs

Before that, I used the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin. There, I also did not see this type of e-mails in the options, but the e-mails came in accordance with the general template (photo in private content area). I checked and this e-mail comes directly after making the purchase and selecting the payment method “Przelewy24”.

When I use your builder, the layout of the message is like the default from woocommerce.
