Problem with Visual Composer - by activ-net

Hi,
I have problem with VC because when I want make some changes on site and I’m trying save that changes, on the site shows up on all site strange letters.

And I need new version Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. I have version 3.6 installed and I need version 3.6.1.

Hello,

Do you have any restrictions for FTP access?
We are unable to log in:
“Response: 530 User ‘activ2_ftp_royal’ not allowed to connect from this IP”

Please open the access for us.
Also please provide us with a screenshot of “strange letters” you’re talking about. How can we replicate the problem?

The strange letters, it is below all post/site. It’s look like VC tear down.
But when I started doing everything from new, VC is working, but is still some list below VC.
You can see on print screen.

Hello,

Sorry, but I don’t get such issues in your wp-admin panel as you described.
Have you tried checking in some other browser? Please try it.
Also I’ve update Ultimate VC Addons plugin to the latest version for you.

Hi,
I have again problem with Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and I don’t know where is problem?
I can’t edit my site which is made with Composer. Maybe problem is because I don’t have new update or is something else?
Access to wp-admin is still the same.

Also I need update WPBakery Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer.
