the fact is that I customize the site without problem, even in aspect customization, I add my own logo etc, but I see the changes and the header continues in its demo mode

Please, if you can check it, the changes work for me in the editor, but when saving, the change is not reflected

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

You imported demo that uses Multiple headers option. So, go to Theme Options > Header builder > click at Multiple headers and edit also home page header. Watch the video tutorial about multiple headers https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG

    Regards

I think you have not understood me, I repeat in other words, and I apologize for my translation, I am Spanish.
I have modified the header of the home page as you indicate it, I save it, and the result remains the same on the page facing the public, while the change is reflected in the editor. If I now enter the editor, the change has been made successfully but it is not, I repeat, in the editor it reflects the change, but the demo header continues to appear on the public page.
I have a long experience in builders and themes, without a doubt this is a casual failure, because I have already worked on another website with the same theme (for other client) and I have not had this problem, but I do not know where the failure comes from, I can perform a Total reset, but I am going to lose all the important data of the business, inventory, point of sale reports, pos customers, etc … I cannot reset, I must find the fault, and I need help you, can you help me please ? I provide you with the access data in private content, see it before responding please, is serious, I will be attentive, I appreciate if you help me in this, please

I just checked that if I make a new page, not with the demo, the header is the one that I edit, so my quickest solution will be to create my own pages. I really like the demo page, but I am not able to change that header … thanks, I’ll just do the page again, thanks anyway.

The problem continues, when I go to Aspect of the site, I indicate that the home page of the web is X, after creating it and seeing that everything works well, when I assign it as the main cover, home, the header of the demo persists.
I’m going crazy, I really need your help

    Hello,

Did you watch the video tutorial that I sent you?
Look, you use 2 header on your site:
One for the whole site that you are able to edit once you open the Theme Options > Header builder.
Second header is the home page header https://prnt.sc/11ajsgk
So, to edit home page header click on edit link and edit the header https://prnt.sc/11ak0fm
    Clear cache after your changes.

    Regards

    I love you.

Without a doubt it has been a mistake to skip this detail, I did not know the option of multiple headers outside the page editor. thank you so much.
