Javascript error in size products - by Javier Mateos

We recently bought Xstore for a website with WooCommerce, we are ready to place the online store, however we have a problem.

All the products in which we ask the user to choose the size or some combination, image carousel javascript does not work, showing all the photos down, and other external elements (plugin) are not showed.

Could there be some code error from your part?

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.

Do you use an additional plugin to add a gallery or variations? Try to disable that plugin and enable the Variation gallery option in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements. After that edit product and add the gallery images for your variations – https://prnt.sc/xhomle

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. It’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.

About Aplazame plugin, contact their support first.

We already have Variation Gallery option.
The same error.
What else can we do?

Hello,

1) Do you mean that product gallery is not display like slider but like grid https://prnt.sc/11amfw2 ?
2) Do you use child theme? Did you overwrite product image and product image thumbnails files in the child theme?
3) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please.
