Layerslider not allowing me to save changes.

Hi,

As in the topic “I can not change the LayerSlider. I can not translate to Spanish”. Layerslider does not allow me to make any changes.
My website is http://www.hedera.fr

Please help me fix this issue.

Hello,

Are you getting any errors when trying to save changes?
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Hi,

I don’t know what you mean by errors. I can only see one slide out of 8. If I try to edit other slides by clicking on one of the slides tab nothing is happening. And for the only slide tab i can access if I try to change the image for example, when i click “save changes” nothing happens.

Hello,

You’re welcome.
As LayerSlider is a paid plugin you have to buy it yourself to get new versions from the author directly. Or we can update the plugin for you as it’s included in the theme package.
