I have recently purchased the WordPress xstore theme. i am unable to to edit any product details and cant edit static block also. its giving me a error message “404 THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND It looks like nothing was found at this location. ”
Please help

If i go and try to edit any static block or product detail i am redirected to the page says ERROR 404 page can’t be found. please find the website details .

Thank you for your help . Now Static blocks editing are working fine and well .. but now only issue is Xstore Email Builder Templates and Woocomerce products price when i tried to edit its redirecting to page 404 THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND. please kindly check

hi.
And one more thing i found out was when i edited Static Blocks from Elementor and save, i cant able to see edited change. its not updating to the website when i am editing and save.

Hello,

1) Provide us with server error logs and FTP access, please.
2) You edited shop page static block but checked the home page. Of course you won’t see changes. Edit the home page section if you want to change that. Shop page block changes are there https://atollshop.com/shop/

No, I asked you not about screenshot of the Elementor error, I asked you about server error log file. Please, contact your hosting provider support and ask them to provide you server error log to find out why you get that 404 error. Send this log to us.

hi
I have contacted the hosting provider and they have help me on fixed the by editing mod_security rule on the server so that can bypass the block. now all looks good. i will let you know if any issue comes up.
