I have tabs setup, and sometimes the page finishes loading but only the tab titles show.. the tabs aren’t functional and the content just doesn’t show up (the timetable you see in the screenshot is outside of the tab element, not part of the tab content)

I’m having the same issue with Google maps – sometimes they show up, sometimes they don’t. Why?

How can I stop this happening? This is a pretty crucial part of the website.. please make sure none of your CSS fixes have possibly done this?

    Hi,
I’ve updated, cleared cache, and this issue persists. I need you to understand that when the tabs don’t load ANY of the content.. anyone browsing the website can’t see:

Gym address and contact details, google map, pricing options and how to join, photo gallery, open hours, and a contact form. ALL OF THIS!

ALL OF THIS is in the tabs, and half the time the tabs aren’t loading.. It’s REALLY important I fix this. Everything on this website is ready, we are READY to launch, but we can’t launch it until I have this issue fixed!!

Look at my screenshot. None of this content is loading! But it’s only some of the time, the other times it loads fine! The exact same thing is happening with Google Maps elements

Same problem on the Contact page with the Map and on the product page with the product tabs:
    http://testing.craigjohnsoninternational.com/contact/

    http://testing.craigjohnsoninternational.com/shop/cheaney-reins/

For the product page tabs, I notice the tabs not working only for the variable products. The rest seem to work ok.

Hope these issues fall under the same topic. If not I’ll create another.

    Hi, Eva,

It seems the contact page has regained it’s functionality and I’m not getting the goole is not defined error.
However, on the only variations product I have added, the tabs are still not functional.

    http://testing.craigjohnsoninternational.com/shop/cheaney-reins/

I see an error in the Product Variations Images on the etheme.js script.

    Hello @AlchemicDesign,

    I’ve updated etheme.js file.
Please check the tabs now and clear browser cache before.

    Thank you.

Hi, can I remind you I’m still having this issue too… it hasn’t actually been fixed, and it’s preventing the site from being launched!!!

Obviously it’s temperamental like my parallax backgrounds issue, so if you go to the site now there’s a good chance my tabs will show up, but half the time they don’t..

You seem to be selective with who you respond to and help here. My last post above didn’t even get a response, you just helped the others..

    Hello mozmocreative,

Sorry for long delay, but I’ve checked your site with tabs in different browsers and it’s works well now.

@mozmocreative I’m sorry about this. I didn’t mean to get all the attention for myself. If you want to I can send you the fixed etheme.js file. Maybe it will solve your problems too. I’m still not sure if we have the same problem, though.

@bdavis you can try replacing your etheme.js file with this one:
    http://testing.craigjohnsoninternational.com/wp-content/themes/royal/js/etheme.js

It’s the one that fixed my tabs.

    Hello @bdavis,

The problem is caused by Radar plugin. I’ve disabled it and tabs are working. Please check and clear browser cache before.

    Thank you.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hey, Eva,

Could you please do the same for me? After the latest WordPress update I can no longer drag VC elements from one column/row to another.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi Eva,

    Happy New Year!

Sorry to reopen the discussions here, but I just manage to pin down the same etheme.js script which you helped me with as the culprit in the problem I have with displaying the google map on this page:
    http://testing.craigjohnsoninternational.com/gathering/demonstrations-and-coaching-at-northwest-horse-fair-and-expo/

I have dequeued each of the theme’s scripts and only when etheme.js is not loaded, the map appears. Can you please have a look inside the script and tell me what you think. It is humongous, I know, but I thought I ask you, hoping you could figure out the problem much quicker than me.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hello @AlchemicDesign,

We’re sorry for a long delay.
You should add class="container" for id="tribe-events-pg-template" in events-calendar plugin folder.
Please contact developers of the plugin and ask them to add this class.

    Thank you.

    Eva Kemp.
