500 ERROR issue in Shop Manager access - by amin

hi, i’m getting error on shop manager access alone when shop manager do login it’s says “Page isn’t working. Currently unable to handle this Request. HTTP ERROR 500”

Kindly support on this

If you have the same issue even with the default WP theme we can do nothing. We are able to help in case issue appears with the XStore theme only and everything works fine with the default theme.
