VC Sections are not working - by lnts - on WordPress WooCommerce support

hello
this is our site
http://biz-face.co.il/
as you can see we have a contact section on bottom main page.
and on the home page its working fine.

but when you go to a inner page like this one:
http://biz-face.co.il/%D7%90%D7%95%D7%93%D7%95%D7%AA/

contact section is not working and when you click on contact top menu

on it it take you to the section on top witch is one on top of it.

we cant find the problem for that bug.

please help us
this is the only thing holding us bring the site up./

When I follow your instructions Contact link is working fine. When I click the menu item “אודות” at first and then “צור קשר” I’m redirected to this section of the Home page:

Please clear your browser cache, check in some other browser.
Also try to check it via proxy service: http://anonymouse.org/cgi-bin/anon-www.cgi/http://biz-face.co.il

it may happnd in the link you send me but if you try to do it on the domain you will see the the problem…

if we look in the VC page we dont see the section area in the row editor.

What section is missing?
