Products options don´t works - by rosadepaz

    For many months now, product values have not been displayed. I tried all the plugins and nothing. Then I decided to re-enter the values. And it works after I update a change but from one moment to another they no longer work.

    This is why I lose clients who at that moment want to buy a course and either do it or don’t see the options.

    I have bought the template again to have your advice, because I no longer have solutions or options to try.

    Hello!

    Yes please!

    I have tried all the options that I have found in forums.

    the variables work when I reissue the product (I just open it and save again, opening and closing some attribute to save again) it works fine for a few minutes, hours and then no more.

    With some it holds up well for a while and does not present all the options again.

    Hello,

    We checked your product with the default Storefront theme and see that options are also unavailable https://gyazo.com/ea485da41204dbb8c3e1e5796eeb3aeb
    It means that issue is not related to the XStore theme and we could do nothing because we are able to help only in case the issue is related to XStore theme. So, contact WooCommerce support to get help with this issue https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
