There is a formatting issue in the menu on the left-hand side of the products page. From what I gather the “Product Categories” items aren’t being wrapped as a UL, therefore it doesn’t match the styling of the “Latest Products” and the “Shopping Cart” fields below it.
The problem is identical across all browsers. Theme has been updated to 2.9.2, WordPress is fully updated as is the wp e-commerce plugin.
Additionally (and more concerning), the whole ui falls apart when clicking to a different page in the store (clicking page 2, page 3, etc). The link adds an extra “/page” to the URL. If you go to a refined field (ie- best sellers) the pagination works correctly.

Thanks in advance!
Hello,
Could you please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content to check the issue?
And could you please clarify your last question? I don’t see any extra /page in the links. Could please show a screenshot?
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
To clarify the problems I have made a composite image (http://www.garadanielle.com/images/blancoscreenshot.jpg) The blue square is the styling problem in the menu, while the red circle shows the pagination I am referring too, when clicking to any page beyond 1 the products don’t display properly (as exemplified in the inset image).
Not to pile on, but when viewing the site on a mobile device (tablet for example) the homepage slider floats above the “ads”, and the menu (which is visible {correctly labeled as “Top” in the settings}) is completely unresponsive.
Your help is very much appreciated!!!
Hello,
I’ve edited custom.css to fix the issue with products category sidebar. Please check if it’s fine now.
According to pagination, you should contact getshopped.org support and ask them to check their plugin as the links work when you set Permalinks to default in admin panel > Settings > Permalinks.

Eva Kemp.
You guys are great! I temporarily switched the permalink structure back to default until I can work out a resolution with getshopped.
Do you have any input on the mobile formatting and menu not working? Here is a screenshot from an iPad. You can see the slider gets out of whack and the “ad” images get horizontally squished and floated up.

Once again, thanks.
Hello,
We’ve updated Revolution Slider for you and fixed the issue with responsiveness.
Please check if everything is ok.

Eva Kemp.
The styling of the page appears correctly now. Unfortunately the “mobile menu” doesn’t function on every mobile device I’ve tried. If I scale the window down on a desktop and click the menu it drops down and functions as expected. On an iPhone, iPad, and Galaxy Note clicking on the menu doesn’t work.
Once more, I very much appreciate your help… I’m sorry these little problems are proving very illusive to me.
I was going to sit down and spend some time today trying to debug the mobile menu not responding on any touch device, I loaded it on my iPhone for the first time since you updated the revolution slider and the site is blank. Renders correctly on tablet (albeit non-functioning menu) and also correctly on desktop.
However, if you rescale the window on a desktop it correctly adapts to “tablet scale” but as soon as you shrink it any smaller into “phone scale” the whole site goes blank white. The theme is stock for the most part, I’m at a loss for how/why this problem arose.
So close to the finish line on this one, thank you once more!
Hello,
Problem was in share this feature. Anyway we have fixed mobile menu issue. Check now, please.
If you don’t want to see white screen until site loading on mobile devices go to Blanco settings > General > Disable loader icon.

Everything appears to be working correctly now. Thank you so much!
You’re welcome.
