suddenly the instagram account disconnected, this text came out “Error: Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons”

Hello,
Probably you changed the FB password and your token is not valid anymore. Go to XStore > Authorization APIs remove the existing token and add it again. After that edit the Instagram element and choose your Instagram account again.
