hello all,

I have a question regarding order tracking.

I have chosen these two well-known plugins and wanted to know if they work with your email builder.

I currently have no orders and can’t track anything.. lol

Maybe you have some experience with it

Hello,

Do you want to add a tracking code to email builder? Does it appear in email with the default WooCommerce email templates? If yes then you need to contact plugin author and find out what WooCommerce hook does he use to add the code to email and then use Hook email builder element in the email template. yes , I would like add to a tracking code to the email builder.
Yeah it appear in emails with the default woocommerce email templates…

I have looked around in their forum

if I’m honest, I have unfortunately not yet fully understood how the hook works … sorry I need to read more about the subject… I hope you can help me a bit….

as in the screenshot they write :
We add the tracking info to the Before order details hook. You just need to make sure that this hook exists.

what exactly do i have to do now….. lol sorry for my lack of knowledge :>D
the tracking number has to go in here…

Hello,

There is no Before order details hook. Woocommerce has woocommerce_email_order_details and woocommerce_email_before_order_table hooks https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-emails/ .
So, you need to clarify which one they use.
woocommerce_email_before_order_table is already included to the email builder and you can add the hook element to your email https://gyazo.com/d7ea4a60ac3b582396f89a8f4a23648b

Let me know if they use another hook.

i have sent the plugin support your answer

Here is the feedback from the plugin support :
The answer of the plugin supports is a bit difficult, but i think they mean i can use the hook or ?

“We use these hooks and in the tracking info customizer you can choose which hook to display the tracking info (before or after order details)
Make sure that the tracking info is included in order status email in the shipment tracking settings.”

i have to choose in the plugin and in the x store email builder “before ……
I have not been able to understand this so well due to the translation into German

Hi, we add tracking info to the before/after order details hook in the email and we allow you to choose between the two locations (hooks) when you customize the widget in the tracking info customizer.

Hello,

Did you try to add the Hook element from my screenshot to your email template https://gyazo.com/d7ea4a60ac3b582396f89a8f4a23648b and choose woocommerce_email_before_order_table ? After that send test email and check if you have the necessary information in your email, not in preview but in real email that you get.
