Hi,
I used your Xstore theme for my site http://www.bazziko.it and I am writing to you because the site is very slow to open.
The slowest page is the home page. I tried all the ways to optimize speed, cache plugins, files optimization but nothing. I ask for your support to understand why it is so slow. I also contacted my hosting but it doesn’t depend on the server performance. Can you help me make it faster especially on the home page?

p.s. I also tried to update the thema but I had to go back to the previous version because it went wrong when I wanted to make customizations to the graphic theme

If you don’t know your FTP host, FTP login, and FTP pass contact your hosting provider and ask this information.

Contact your hosting support to fix the mentioned issue and also ask to reduce the server response time.

We checked theme settings and set all the possible optimization options from our side. We don’t have more tools to speed up the theme. So, everything you can do is the optimization of the server side.
We are ready to give a refund if you are not satisfied with the theme speed.

Thanks for the support, I wrote as you indicated to Dokan support and my hosting support.
In your first surgery, the performances improved considerably but then they became slow again.
