Breadcrumbs on Dokan store page – does not display shop name.

Hello,

I am using the dokan plugin with your xstore theme. I have noticed on the dokan store page the breadcrumbs are not correct.

I would expect them to display “Home / Shop / Name of the dokan store”. Instead they are displaying simply “Home / Shop / Shop” and it does not include the store name at all.

I am testing using niche demo 2 and some dummy content.

Hello,

What do you have in the breadcrumbs if the default Storefront theme is enabled? Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site?

I have made no modifications to xstore/dokan/wp files. This is a clean wp install with a xstore demo import and then dokan plugin installed/activated.

Hi Rose,

Thank you to you and your team for your efforts. I can see there has been some changes to the breadcrumbs.

At the moment it is showing the shop username and not the actual vendor shop name in Dokan.

Hello,

It is correct, because it shows the same even with the default theme activated – https://gyazo.com/efd8217889be4ddc099abcc38ac0ebc4 , so this is independent of our theme, and can’t be changed from our side.

Hi Rose,

I am not sure why I would want to print one of my vendors username in their breadcrumbs to the store. If anything this is a potential security issue.

If I refer to your demos below – where the vendor store name can clearly be seen in the breadcrumbs.

Contact plugin author about this because it’s not related to our theme but to plugin.
