Instagram doesn’t work - by jonathan

    In the website it displays the following message: Error: Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.

    The user doesn’t change the password at all. I don’t get it

    Hello,

    Something was changed in the FB setting of your account. Go to XStore > Authorization APIs > remove the existing key and generate it again. After that edit your Instagram element and choose the newly added account.

    My client have just said to me that he didn’t change anything in his facebook account

    Did you follow my instructions:
    Go to XStore > Authorization APIs > remove the existing key and generate it again. After that edit your Instagram element and choose the newly added account.
