Promo text bar close button can not show up

    hi,
    why promo text bar close button can not show up? no matter how i adjust set up?
    what is that hand icon for?
    please help fix it so promo bar can be closed, thank you

    Hello,

    There is a known issue with the jetpack plugin https://wordpress.org/support/topic/v9-9-breaks-elementor-carousel-image-widget/ They will fix it in the next update we suppose. Follow the instructions from plugin author.

    Hello,

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/carousel-issues-in-jetpack-v9-9/ – it looks like they fixed it. You can update to v9.9.1 and check. If something goes wrong, just downgrade the plugin version back. Please note that we are not developers of that plugin.
