I have purchased xstore but when i enter my purchase code the ” Register Theme ” Button is not working .
please help me to activate and update my theme

You use out of date version of theme. We need FTP access to your WP installation to help you with update and then activate theme.

Thank your for your support but there is a problem for second slider the picture doesn’t show also in the mobile phone the slider doesn’t active.

Hello ,
Our website slider pictures doesn’t load properly also when i scroll down and get back to the top all of the pictures of my slider disappear also the first page structure in mobile phone
disorder and the slider doesn’t show on it and all of these problem happened after site updating.
Please repair it as soon as possible. we have a seminar two days later and it is so important for our company have a good and fluent website for promotion.
they indicated me to repair it for tomorrow also i try to repair it by my last backup.also if you wish i have any desk and i will show what happened.

in my website are solved, but only one thing is that remain. i have an Instagram in my web site which is inactive about one year . if it possible for you repair it for me .
