Several theme issues - by mpower - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

I encountered 3 issues with the xStore theme ( please fix them ) + 2 questions.

1) HEADER IS NOT DISPLAYING PROPERLY – Please fix it
2) CUSTOMIZER PAGE – NOT LOADING – Please fix it
3) LOCO TRANSLATE – NOT WORKING TO TRANSLATE XSTORE THEME, THEME NOT FOUND – Please translate from EN to RO the whole site ( Theme + Plugins )
4) How to install AMP for this theme? I need the site to loading very fast, now it’s so slow
5) Please let me know any other optimizations you recommend for my site?

1), 2) You did no install the parent theme correctly. Check now.
3) Follow the docs and finish the translation of your site https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
4) We plan a new update very soon and the release of the XStore AMP plugin. So, follow our updates.
5) Read this post https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

How to install the parent theme correctly? What I did wrong? I renamed the theme, nothing else.

3) Follow the docs and finish the translation of your site https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

Can you help me with this?

4) We plan a new update very soon and the release of the XStore AMP plugin. So, follow our updates.

When do you add the AMP plugin for the XStore theme?

Hello,

You are welcome.
1) Don’t rename the parent theme because then you’ll have a problem with the autoupdate. If you rename the theme then you need to update theme manually via FTP every time we release an update. In your case, you used the latest version of the XStore core plugin and old version of the theme. It was the reason of the issue.

3) We don’t speak your language, so we can’t translate theme and plugin for you. I just uploaded translation files with the partial translation that we got from another client. So, to finish translation go to Loco Translate > Themes > XStore theme (Loco translate > Plugins > XStore core plugin), edit the translation and translate missing strings.

4) Within the next 2 days.

Also, please let me know how can I move the scroll up button from the right side to the middle of the site? Because I have the Whatsapp on the right side.

Hello,

Check the translation of this label for the Core plugin.
Change color by adding the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:
```
.menu-label-sale > a .label-text {
    background-color: #02a3b5;
    color: black;
}
.menu-label-sale > a .label-text:before {
    border-right-color: #02a3b5;
}
```
