Completely destroyed my header (which was one of the demo headers so not my fault).

This is unacceptable.

FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!

And before you ask…

I did NOT edit any child theme files outside of the admin and I’m not giving you admin access.

I paid for a complete theme with ALL the areas functioning. You’ve destroyed that.

When will this be fixed?

Hello,

Go to XStore > File generator > remove the generated file. Don’t generate a file till we fix the issue in the theme update. Follow theme changelog.

You paid $39 for a theme for something you probably charged your client hundreds and yet you feel it is ok to use such language. Says a lot about you. We lose clients and money too when updates go wrong sometimes, but language like this is a personal attack and has no space in a professional and public form.
