I checked your site and don’t see any issue with the sidebar https://gyazo.com/7e3148a1db8cb8f02bee3fbdfb2e89dd
So, I don’t understand the issue you have.
But I found fatal error on the My account page. Did you change any woocommerce template files in the child theme? Provide us with WP Dashboard https://prnt.sc/1g5901b and FTP access to check and fix the My account page fatal error.

1) I was able to log in to https://atacadoatalaia.com.br/ and fix the error with the secondary menu.
2) I can’t log in to sl.atacadoatalaia.com.br https://prnt.sc/1hjui02 and FTP also is incorrect https://prnt.sc/1hjxe5h
So, provide correct access to the second site to help you.

I was able to log in to your sl.atacadoatalaia.com.br using the credentials that you provided on another topic. Check the secondary menu now.

Yes, probably working, not completely sure. Anyway, can you tell me what you did?
I sent you my credentials for atacadoatalaia.com.br but i see you have not fixed it. Could you please at least tell me what you did for sl.atacadoatalaia.com.br? I will fix this other one.

What i see you fixed sl.atacadoatalaia.com.br and not on atacadoatalaia.com.br.
