Inbuilt mega menu options are not available

Hi there,
I was trying to create a new main menu for my website and wanted to use the mega menu settings. I followed the tutorial in Xstore documentation files (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/) and created a new menu with name ” Main Menu”. But my menu option is not having the 8theme page/post options so that I can setup the mega menu settings. Also my menu settings is missing the Display location options. I have attached a screenshot of the same below in private content area for you to have a look. Please let me know how will I be able to use the mega menu settings for my main menu.

Hello,

1/ Theme Options > General > Theme Menu Options > On
2/ Theme Options > Hader builder > Main menu > select menu

While trying the above mentioned steps the website is showing error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Can you please let me know why this issue arises?
Do I need to activate the theme for accessing this page

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Did not you activated the theme via XStore > Welcome > Theme Registration?

Hi,
I haven’t activated the theme yet as I wanted to check the transition from another theme to Xstore in a local server before doing it in a live site.
Does this prevent me from accessing the theme options?

Hello,

Unfortunately, if you did not activate theme it could be the reason of limited options.
You need to activate theme to be able to use all the features that the theme offers.
You can use the same license for the dev and live site.
