Hello,

Please update the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Theme Options > Speed optimizations > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading > Off
Then provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
