Pagination on category pages not working

Hi,

Pagination on the shop page is working fine, but when I go to a category page, there is no pagination.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Do you use WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin? Try to delete the plugin and install the latest version from here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check pagination then.

So, if that works, does it means we cannot/shouldn’t use any other third party plugins that do no come with XStore?

If you found an additional plugin that causes the problem, contact the authors of the plugin and ask about assistance/suggestions.
We don’t give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support (check the item support policy https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy )
