How do we update our Revolution slider to not be affected from the hack?

Please help

I used my FTP client to upload a folder under the documentation with the new theme update 2.5 called revslider_ import however the version on my site dash still says 4.1.1

Another question why are we now prompted to purchase the update for WPBakery Visual Composer? Only information regarding that update redirects you to a purchase site for the plugin but I already own it? Why would you make it so we now have to pay for updates?

Hello,

You don’t have to pay for the plugins updates. We can always provide you with a new plugin version.
That is just a notice of VC plugin.
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials and we’ll update the plugin for you.
