Do you have marketplace safe deal function?
By safe deal I mean function which allows clients buy vendors’ products but the client’s payment sum is frozen and vendor can’t access the payment sum until client doesn’t “confirm” that the parcel from the vendor was delivered to him and everything is ok. Only after client’s confirmation the payment sum is unfrozen and the vendor can withdraw his payment to his own account. Thus after client confirm that the deal was successful the vendor automatically have money on his dashboard and can make payout to his bank account.
For example, such function realized in Workreap freelance marketplace theme – https://themeforest.net/item/workreap-freelance-marketplace-wordpress-theme/23712454
We need this function because if we use multivenor version of the website the vendors can cheat and sell products which are different from the item description on their product pages. Thus we need function to protect customers

Hello,

There is no such function in our theme. What multivendor plugin do you use? I would recommend you to contact the support of that plugin.
