Form the last week I’m waiting for help and all I is waste time. Your helpdesk does not work since I can not answer privately to my previous question as I got an error all the time. The email received from Robert hall tells me the server is invalid (roberthall@eighttheme.com).
Urgently need to address this issue. Send me an contact email validate for your technical support.

The problem is that I can not write in private because I always get error.
I’ve tried dozens times and can not in any way contact with the Legenda support.
The only way is throught email because I’m trying from the last week writing my problem (see the image).
Legenda last updated on December 2 does not install the sample pages.
I think it’s a problem with your installation since I installed three times WordPress and the theme Legenda, and every time said to have been successfully installed, but does not install any thing really.
So tell me how I can now solve future contacts with you.
I bought your theme Blanco without any problem with the installation or customization, but with Legenda I am very,very disappointed.
With Blanco (www.bagaceous.com) never had to contact your suppport, so do not know if the problem is Legenda help or support in general.
I hope you indicate a solution that works, or tell me where I am wrong to write in private.

When posting a message in private content you need also write some text in public post to avoid errors. So please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in private content to check the issue with Legenda theme.

Hello,
Please ask your host to increase the values for post_max_size, upload_max_filesize and memory_limit functions. Also check if allow_url_fopen function is enabled. If it’s not, ask your host to enabled it for your site.
After that try to install demo content again.

Hello,
That error means ReallySimpleCaptcha class has already been declared and you can’t declare it twice. To fix it you need:
under Plugins menu click “Edit” for Really Simple Captcha plugin and change the line 30 “class ReallySimpleCaptcha” to “class ReallySimpCaptcha”. So just rename it. After that the plugin will be activated successfully.

But I don’t have that plugin install, so I don not know if I have to install it or what to do

You can see that the pages in the other host does not install after doing averything. In the first host I had no problem to install the plugin event does not work the demo pages.
As I had many problems with the theme I contrated another host and install it (See private information)
In this second host all the files you mencionated are ok now
– post_max_size => 55M => 55M
– upload_max_filesize => 55M => 55M
– allow_url_fopen is activated
But I still having the same problems as in the host before. See the message

The problem remains the same that I had on the old server, for that reason I install your theme in another server, but the problem remains.
Problem 1: I can’t install the demo pages. I have reviewed all of the files and everything is correct.
Problem 2: Give an error with the “Really Simple CAPTCHA” plugin – “[22-Dec-2014 12:39:49 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Can not redeclare class ReallySimpCaptcha in/home2/bagaceou/public_html/bespokejewelryshop/wp-content/plugins/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php on line 30 ”
I don’t care to delete it, but don’t know if your theme needs. So tell me if I can safely delete.

The link to wp-admin panel is still giving “Forbidden” error. Have you enabled some restriction in .htaccess file?
Also we can’t connect to FTP:
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
