Hello there:

Today I attempted to upload an item and see how it looks on the website. And after I finished uploading, I noticed a problem.

The image’s size I uploaded has been changed somehow, and I know that the size of the image is 900px*900px, but when I uploaded to my website it turned to 200px*200px. Here is the screenshot for you to check:

But once I uploaded my images by clicking “Add product gallery images” and uploaded those images, check it over here:

The size has been changed to 200px*200px for no reason, it looks like this:

Could you show me how to fix this issue, or is it the wrong place I select to upload?

I would be more appreciated if you show me how to get this problem solved by video recording.

Hello,

1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
2/ Temporary activate default WC theme – Storefront and check how images work then.
