Error more toggle element of the mobile panel

Hi,

It is not possible to close the popup once opened for the “More toggle” element of the “Mobile Panel”.

Along with this, in Opera the bar is not hidden when scrolling completely.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

Hi,

We have done what you tell us (all third-party plugins were disabled and the cache cleaned) but this does not solve the problem.

Hello,

Update the theme and Core plugin to latest versions – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
then provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
