Hi

I see the following Error in the log files:

Got error ‘PHP message: product_type was called incorrectly. Product properties should not be accessed directly. Backtrace: do_action(‘wp_ajax_nopriv_et_ajax_element’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, et_ajax_element, do_shortcode, preg_replace_callback, do_shortcode_tag, ETC\\App\\Controllers\\Shortcodes\\Products->products_shortcode, etheme_products, wc_get_template_part, load_template, require(‘/themes/xstore/woocommerce/content-product.php’), do_action(‘woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item’),

Can you please debug this issue

I can’t confirm when this error is showing in the log files, But i just visited the home page and I See the same error in the log files.

Hello,

WooCommerce error log file (WooCommerce > Status > Logs ) is empty.
wp-content/debug.log file is empty. So, where do you see the mentioned error?

What is the time of that error? Clear the error log file and visit the home page. Do you get that error just once visit the home page?

we are still getting the following Error in the log files.

Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
Error comes because of the third-party swatches plugin that you use. They have the following file https://prnt.sc/1twwdtc where they add compatibility with the premium themes. Please, contact the plugin author and ask them to add compatibility with the XStore theme too.
