Hi 8theme team,
After update XStore version 8.0.7, I met again the problem of vertical thumbnail slider in single product. I think this is third or fourth time that I find you to help me to solve the problem of vertical thumbnail slider. Maybe you can tell me a reliable solution for this problem. I made 4 slides per view, but now it only show the first one.

Another question is about the Slider Revolution, as you see, our slider only show in the “preview mode”, but it isn’t show in the page. By the way, the Slider Revolution version is 6.5.8.

Thank you in advance for helping me to these problems.

Hello,
1), 2) Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check this issue in more detail?

Hello,
1) I don’t see the problem with the slider https://prnt.sc/1tu21uq but your product page size is huge https://prnt.sc/1tu2efz Optimize images to make the total page size up to 2-3MB. 50Mb page will load forever especially for mobile users.
2) The issue with the revolution slider is related to WPRocket plugin settings. Either keep both these options enabled https://prnt.sc/1tu1rj6 or disable both of them. Don’t keep only the Load JavaScript deferred option enabled because it causes JS error on page with slider.

Hello Olga,
Thank you for your help.
Some products have a large photo size, we will remove it in the future. That is strange, they appear now. But this is a good news. Maybe it also because the reason of WP rocket lead to the problem of vertical thumbnail slider?
Best Wishes,
Hong
