Hi Team,

We are seeing issues with slider rev on the homepage. After the slide plays the background disappears. You can see it on bla.com.au or this link. https://bla.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Screen-Shot-2021-10-11-at-11.54.19-am.png

The weird thing is we have a duplicate site bla.co.nz with the same settings however no issues. https://bla.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Screen-Shot-2021-10-11-at-12.02.09-pm.png

Any ideas how we can fix this?

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

Hi Rose,

I’ve tried that however it hasn’t resolved. I’ve deactivated all plugins except:
– GMAPS for WPBakery Page Builder
– Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder
– Slider Revolution
– WooCommerce
– WPBakery Page Builder
– XStore Core

Is there a way to contact Slider Revolution for support?

All good I realise it was some custom js i wrote.
