    Hello,

    There is an error – https://prnt.sc/1wozzpm You need to fix Access-Control-Allow-Origin as described here – https://crunchify.com/how-to-fix-access-control-allow-origin-issue-for-your-https-enabled-wordpress-site-and-maxcdn/
    About menu color in the header, Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache > Off, clear cache, and check the result. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the menu will be done.

    Regards

    Hello,

    I followed the tutorial, but it didn’t work.
    I don’t run CDN, so I tried to fix the error through the htaccess file, but it is not working.
    Is there any other way I can fix this problem?

    About the colors, I followed your instructions and disabled all cache but it still doesn’t work.

    I would really aprecciate your help

    Hello,

    I don’t see the mentioned error about the font on your site and also if I change header colors or logo I see the changes https://prnt.sc/1wu4ptx
    Do you use Chrome? Try https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn to clear browser cache.

    Hello,

    I cleaned the browser cache and now things are working, but for some reason, I can’t remove this underline from the main menu. I’m submitting some prints that show the option I chose in the editor and the one that shows in live mode.

    https://prnt.sc/1wx6lon

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Try to disable this plugin – https://prnt.sc/1wxgubp , or use the next custom CSS code:

    .menu-main-container a:hover {
        text-decoration: none !important;
    }

    Hello,

    The mentioned CSS code could not remove the account. Did you enable any additional plugins or change any option before the account icon disappeared?

    Regards

    Hello,

    I think it could be the XStore Core plugin, I had to update it.
    For some reason, the plugin page in wordpress didn’t show the update for this plugin, although all pages in wordpress showed a warning telling me to update it, so I had to do it through FTP.

    If it helps, I can provide you access to FTP

    Hello,

    Read about plugin update here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check My account in the Header then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
    If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, so I can pass the problem to our technicians team.
