Hi,
How can i adjust align each buttons (continue reading) that are not well aligned on my show more posts and in other parts in my website.

There is not such option in our theme. Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site? We’ll check if we could help you with this with minor customization.
