Connect block link for email address appears on mobile but does not appear on PC

I would like to send to mailto:office@colinafarms.ro address when visitors click on office@colinafarms.ro on header top. It works for mobile but not for desktop.

for this information.

Hello,

Theme Options > Header builder > Contacts element > delete elements and add them from scratch, here is an example of “Url For Field” for phone:
tel:+xxxxxxxxxx
for mail:
mailto:your_email
