Mobile tabs at bottom of page - by AshleyW

Hi,

I need to edit the menu at the bottom of mobile.

Where is says ‘shop by type’ and ‘help’, these should be dropdown menus as shown in the sidebar and on desktop.

Instead what is happening is when I click on them I am taken to the homepage which then freezes.

Hello,

Do you mean the Mobile menu? Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Dropdown Opening Action

Hi, No its the ‘more’ menu which displays at the bottom of the screen on a mobile. Not the main menu.

When you click ‘more’ a menu comes up but if you click on the ‘shop by type’ options
it takes you to the page then freezes. You have to refresh the page to be able to view anything.

Hello,

“Shop By Type” menu item doesn’t have a link – https://prnt.sc/1yzpmou , meanwhile Menu For More Toggle can’t show a dropdown menu. You need to create a new menu via Appearance > Menus, that doesn’t have subitems, but all items have valid links, not #. Go to Theme Options > Mobile panel > Select Menu For More Toggle Element > select your new menu.
