Editing “Follow us” background image

I need to swap out the background image behind the “Follow Us” portion near the footer.

I’m not sure where to go to edit this image/area.

Hello,

Enable Elementor for static blocks – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/ , then edit PreFooter static block
