Cart Still shows as empty - by Howard - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Good afternoon,

    I have updated with the latest version of royal theme but my cart still sometimes show as empty.

    Please help

    Hi Stan,

    Thank you for getting back to me so quick.

    I have been trying several times to use the cart because sometimes it shows as functioning and sometimes it doesn’t work.

    So let’s say out of 10 attempts, 5 of them the cart doesn’t work.

    When I use it on my phone, it works, when I use firefox, it doesn’t always work.

    I have just checked again and when using firefox, the cart is not updating.

    When I go to cart, the cart is empty.

    Please update the theme to the latest version 1.5.2. Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database.

    I updated the theme yesterday and I still have issues with the cart

    Hello,

    As I see you still have 1.5 theme version, and not 1.5.2:

    Please provide us with FTP credentials and we’ll update the theme for you.
    Confirm you have created a back up of your site.
