Since the update, the images do not display properly on the product pages. When you click an image to enlarge it, the left and right arrows used to show the next image so customers could scroll through them, but now the arrows don’t work and each image has to be opened separately.

My images on the homepage and in category pages are now displaying at odd sizes. I try to make most of the thumbnail images square, usually 450×450 or 500×500 and I would like them all to display at the same size. How do I fix the size so all images are neat and the same size?
Also on the homepage when you click the side arrow on an image, it displays the second image for that product but much smaller and blurry. I want to make these all display at the same thumbnail size.
On the category pages when any product image is hovered over, the photo shrinks (which makes it blurry). Can this be adjusted so all thumbnails display at the same size when the mouse hovers over it ?
Thanks, Debbie
Hello,
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access and also link to your product with the issue.

Hi,
All products have this issue, it is site wide – same as the image I attached in my first message. i attach login details, thank you.
Hello,
You forget to provide FTP access.
Meanwhile, we do not see the problem on your site – https://gyazo.com/d13d85e3725a3a0e86e0693333169ecf Clear cache and check one more time.
About image size read here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.
Regards
Hi, sorry yes the arrow scrolling appears okay now – although I always clear cache’s after updates. All thumbnail/main product images are prepared at around the same size already when uploaded to media.
I have read the link about image size for the thumbnails, but it does not mention about the second image that goes small – not the main thumbnail but the second and other images that show if you click the pink side arrow. This other images are half the size of the original thumbnail making them blurry and the ‘select options’ bar moves up higher. Like the middle image on this link: https://prnt.sc/1zsxx93
How can I make the images all appear the same size as the full sized thumbnail?
I attach the FTP details I forgot earlier. Debbie
Hello,
I changed some image settings in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Images. Check thumbnails and images now, please.
Regards
Hi,
Yes, the images look a lot neater now showing all the same size.
Thank you very much for your help. Debbie
Hello,
You’re welcome!

Hi,
I have checked again this morning and the left/right scrolling arrow for images on the product pages is still not working.
I added this product – https://www.swankypins.co.uk/product/luxury-hold-up-stockings-20-40-den-ballerina-449/
and the second / larger image doesn’t enlarge properly when clicked, it just gets a grey overlay and the side arrows are not scrolling through the images.
I then checked a couple of other products and the same thing is happening. When the main image is clicked on, it doesn’t display the larger image and you cannot use the left/right arrows to scroll through all the images on the product. Debbie
Hello,
Checked the mentioned product and don’t see any problem with the images https://recordit.co/0utTsL9y0U
Could you, please, provide us with the video of the issue with opened console to check if there is any error there?
Regards
Tried to download recordit but it won’t open so I don’t know how to do a video. However, I have checked on another computer and other browsers and this problem does not show elsewhere. I use Chrome and the problem only seems to be on here, so it is a browser issue, not theme issue.
Hello,
Try to clear the browser cache https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn
